Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which Media Cloud Indonesia ("MCI," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for our products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Domain Name Registration: We do not offer refunds for domain name registration fees once a domain name has been registered or renewed. In the event that a discrepancy arises wherein WHOIS erroneously indicates that a chosen domain name is available for registration, whereas in reality it is not available for registration, you may be eligible for a refund. This eligibility is contingent upon the following conditions (i) The error in WHOIS indicating the availability of the domain name must be verifiable and confirmed by our domain registration services. (ii) Upon verification of the error, it must be conclusively established that the domain name is indeed not available for registration due to reasons beyond the control of MCI. Exclusion of Liability: Our liability in such instances is limited to refunding the fees associated with the domain name registration. We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the error in WHOIS information.
  • Hosting Services: We do not offer refunds for Hosting Services that has been purchased.
  • Website Making Services: We do not offer refunds for Website Making Services that has been purchased.
  • Internet Services: Refunds for internet broadband or dedicated services, You may be eligible for a refund if (i) the service are cut off more than 7 days x 24 hours continuously (ii) if we cannot continue to provide the service due to technical difficulties or prohibition by your local neighborhood chairman.
2. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please submit a ticket here support@mediacloud.id You may be required to provide proof of purchase and other relevant information to process your refund request.

3. REFUND CONDITIONS
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval of the refund request.
  • Any fees associated, such as ICANN fees, Payment Gateways fees, Administration fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this Refund Policy.
4. EXCEPTIONS
  • In cases of service termination due to a material breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be provided.
  • We may offer refunds or credits at our discretion for exceptional circumstances not covered by this Refund Policy.
5. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Refund Policy on our website.
